The Space:
Inside, the villa is set over one floor, therefore is also perfect for families with small children, and is full of traditional Mallorcan charm. There are a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dining table, washing machine) with adjoining living area (sofa, satellite flat screen TV with free channels, wi-fi internet), 2 bedrooms (one double, 1 twin), 1 family shower room and one additional WC. The interiors have been carefully finished and furnished to provide a feeling of space and intimacy together.

The outdoor areas at Villa Viva Pollenca are set to impress. There is a large private pool set within manicured gardens with lawn and flowers. The pool has Roman Steps into it and is equipped with 4 comfortable sunbeds.

A spacious terrace at the front of the villa, furnished with table, chairs and rattan sofas, will be the perfect spot to chill out during the hottest hours of the day. While the beautiful poolside gazebo (lit at night, with brick-built barbecue, table and chairs) will be the perfect complement for unforgettable dinners under the stars.
