VILLA MOYA - WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH

Villa Moya is a charming Mallorca Villa with mountain views. It has been made great use of both local stone and designs. The cottage style villa, which is all on one level is bright and provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colors. Free wifi is available at Villa Moya.

The entry to the villa is directly into the lounge and dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday.

Down the corridor there is a light airy twin bedroom and an equally bright double bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom between the two bedrooms.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by vines for outdoor dining and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbeque house constructed in local stone, with an exterior utility room and shower/WC, along with covered dining area and mini fridge, perfect for dining al fresco.

From here there are views down towards the town. The mountains form a pretty backdrop to the villa and to the left of the property you can see the fine old building of Finca de Boquer.

Villa Moya is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.

In a great location, just a twenty minute walk to Puerto Pollensa along country lanes, makes this villa an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere.

Villa Moya is situated in the Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa, with a mountain backdrop and the town in the front. From here you can walk to the beach (20min) at Puerto Pollença and in the evening participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer.

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.

In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.

There is a large Supermarket just before you get to town.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.

Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

There is a virgin beach called Cala Boquer near Villa Moya. The only access to it is by walk, and it can take around 1 hour excursion to finally meet with pure nature, clean and blue water, peace and wonderful views.

Although a car is not essential it is recommended one for additional flexibility as Villa Moya is well-situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas near Puerto Pollensa.

Villa Moya is a child friendly Villa as a fence around the pool can be instaled. The extra charge for the fence on request is €59. This covers the cost of instaling and removing the fence.
