VILLA GUACAMAYO - VACATION PARADISE

Villa Guacamayo is a charming Mallorcan Villa located between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa beach. It has been made great use of both local stone and decoration. The cottage style villa, which is all on one level is bright and provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colors. It also enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use.

Since April of 2022, Villa Guacamayo will have two bicycles available free of charge for customer use.

The entry to the villa is directly into the lounge and dining area, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views towards the pool and lawn area. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday.

Down the corridor there is an airy double bedroom and an equally bright twin bedroom, both have windows facing the garden. There is a bathroom at the beginning of the corridor.
The Villa has a detached studio with a double bedroom, cute terrace facing the grass area and a private shower and toilet.

All the bedrooms and studio of Villa Guacamayo include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. In winter time there is a pellet stove in the lounge.

From the lounge, doors open onto the veranda facing the garden. Here there is an outdoor dining area with easy access to the pool, BBQ, lawn and sunbathing space, perfect for dining al fresco. There is also a third bathroom with outdoor shower.

Villa Guacamayo is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.

Villa Guacamayo is well situated just 5 min drive both to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa where in the evening can participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer.

Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.

In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.

A car is needed for additional flexibility as Villa Guacamayo is well-situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas near it.

This villa can welcome babies. It has two baby cots and two high chairs available at no extra cost. Extra ones can be placed on demand.

Villa Guacamayo is a child friendly Villa as a fence around the pool can be installed. The extra charge for the fence on request is €59. This covers the cost of installing and removing the fence.
