This house is suitable for a family of 6 people, as it has three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with shower.Two of the bedrooms, one with two single beds of 0,90x1,90 cm and the other with a double bed of 1,20x1,90 cm, share a bathroom with shower and also share the exit to the back terrace. The third bedroom, with a double bed of 1,40x2,00 cm, has an en suite bathroom.

The flat is very bright, and is equipped with air conditioning and heating in the living room and in the three bedrooms, Internet Wifi, Smart TV, Sat, dishwasher, hairdryer, .....

The location is ideal to do without the car, as being located in the centre of Puerto Pollensa, everything is accessible on foot, the Hipercentro supermarket at 120mts, pharmacy at 80 mts, several restaurants within a radius of 50 to 300 mts, the sandy beach at only 300 mts walking distance.
