2 Bedroom Duplex Apartment in Puerto Pollensa

This 2 bedroom apartment is set in a small complex with a communal swimming pool surrounded by a lawn just outside.

From the main door of the apartment you come directly into an open plan space with the lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen with microwave and hob/cooker. From here, glass doors lead out to the outside terrace with an outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy lunch looking out onto the pool or to enjoy drinks in the evening. There are also two sun loungers for soaking up the sunshine, before being able to directly access the communal pool for a cool down swim. There also a downstairs toilet for convenience.

A spiral staircase leads us up to the first floor which compromises of one double bedroom with a balcony that over looks the pool and one twin bedroom. There is one bathroom that is shared between the two bedrooms.

Bed linen is changed every 7 days

Towels changed every 5 days
