The lounge area boasts a large corner sofa, providing ample seating for all guests, and
a modern smart TV adorning the wall, perfect for cosy movie nights or catching up on
your favourite shows.

Moving upstairs, you’ll find a generously-sized shared bathroom featuring a walk-in
shower, tastefully decorated in soothing white, black, and grey hues. This level also
houses the first double bedroom, complete with two single beds, making it an ideal
space for groups, friends, or families. The room features a charming fireplace and a
spacious window with a desk below, creating a comfortable and functional environment.

The front bedroom on this level offers a luxurious king-sized bed, ample storage, and
large bay windows that flood the room with natural light. Additionally, a desk provides a
versatile space that can be used as a vanity or a practical working area, catering to your
specific needs. All beds are Super King size (Zip-link and can be single bed by request) except Room #5.

Continuing upward, an additional shared bathroom awaits, featuring a rejuvenating

Getting Around:
For your convenience, we can provide parking permits for your stay. Additionally, outside
of the permit hours, there is free on-street parking available. Should you wish to explore
further afield, public transportation options are easily accessible from our location,
allowing you to explore Plymouth and the surrounding areas without any hassle.
The property is walking distance from the Plymouth Train Station & Coach Station. Plus
you’ll find many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby too.

*Check-in is between 3pm-10pm.
*Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10pm
and 8am.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further
fee.
*Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for
their safety and linen is not provided for children's cots due to specific requirements to
each individual, health and safety.
