"Room was smaller then expected when listed as a suite. Location was great with very close access to the beach. Dog was welcome which was great. Room and property were clean and well maintained and our host was always available for any questions we had!"

"We just returned from Plum Island and loved this house. There’s a great sandy area in the back which was great for kids, and the beach is just over the dune. Beautiful ocean views from both of upstairs balcony and covered porch downstairs. Clean, ACs are working. Walking distance to cute restaurants and convenience store. Lots to do in the area. "We loved our stay at the Duval House. The place is tastefully appointed and we especially appreciated that the mattresses are very comfy. This is usually not always the case, our 50old bodies appreciated it. The only ever-so-slight pain was that we could hear someone tromping upstairs for some of the time but that minor thing didn't hinder our stay one bit. We'd definitely stay here again when we visit Gloucester next. "
