Private ferieboliger i Pleasant Valley

"My girlfriends and I had a wonderful getaway and would absolutely recommend both New Paltz, NY, and Seth's home. The house was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and its location made it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.During our stay, we hiked, visited a winery, checked out a vintage festival, went swimming at a lake in Kingston, and spent time exploring Woodstock. Back at the house, we enjoyed relaxing with coffee on the lower deck, took advantage of the kayaks, grilled dinner, and...

"Property was lovely and had all the details. For the time of year, we rented the whole house which consists of 2 dwellings. Wonderful details like yoga matts and rollers for those who need to roll sore muscles. Kitchens were properly stocked. Location close to supermarket and other locals businesses. Very responsive property owner. Never got to sauna which would be nice if we had prepped it in time."

"Mattresses and couch were worn and a bit uncomfortable. Clean, Quiet. Attentive host"

"The property was as advertised and met our needs for our trip."

"Like stayn at G-mas yet with all the modern ammenaries. Very, very clean! Karin was great. Back porch sitting was awesome. Surrounding area was great for day trippn."

"We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!"

"This place worked great for a group of friends traveling together. There was lots of space to spread out, and having access to two kitchens made meal prep easier. The hosts provided helpful local recommendations, as well as white noise machines to help with the train noise."

"A large lovely house on beautiful property! We liked sitting on the porch and eating at the picnic table so we could enjoy the nature views. The host was very nice and stopped by the first night to build a fire in the firepit for us. Wifi was strong, which was helpful since some of us didn't get cell service. It was a nice bonus saying hi to the horses and the dogs at the barn. Also, there were six bedrooms (one more than listed) so everyone in our group got their own room."

"It was a lovely house that had everything one could need. The lake is feet away with a fenced in yard. The backyard was also a secluded spot with tons of birds. Bed was very comfy and everything was super clean. Previous renters left items to enjoy, so there were extras. Two items to know- 1. There is a home preschool next door. It wasn’t too noisy, but you will hear kids when they head outside.2. I’m 6’ and some of the furniture was lower to the ground than normal. It made getting up a bit...
