"Staff were very nice. Jorge on the omelette station was amazing. Loved the music he played. Upbeat while also totally appropriate. Thank you! We enjoyed our visit with our kids at your facility! Thank you housekeeping for making our beds daily. That was so sweet and the gesture was much appreciated after coming back to the room after a day of venturing onto your beautiful island. Thank you "

"Everything was awesome! Good rate and clean. When I arrived, the room that I was in had a broken air conditioner so they came in, assessed problem, and switched us to another room immediately. Very professional. Ana was very sweet and helpful. :) "

"This a wonderful out of the way hotel. It gets you away from the busy San Juan area. The semi-private beach is the perfect getaway. The bar and grill had great food and amazing service. The owners were very accommodating. They always made sure that we had what we needed. I plan on staying here anytime I visit Puerto Rico. Thank you Dreams Hotel. "

The bed was very comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room. The rooftops afforded beautiful views and comfortable seating, along with interesting options such as outdoor tubs.
