"If you can go somewhere else, do it. Nobody works here. You are SOL if you need help. Our door was jammed multiple times and we couldn't get in. The parking lot is TINY & a huge liability if you're renting your car. They charged me hundreds extra when I paid for parking and an early check in. You can't get in touch with anybody. Don't waste your time here. Get a real hotel "

"Had issues with the TV (not linked with the internet) & wanted me to go through settings and try to hook it up, eventually received new TV but took 2 days! The next day, came in from the beach to find the roof was leaking through the ceiling light. I tried to call the grounds but they shut their phone off and I had to go through Expedia to get any help. They were ignoring my text and phone calls. Eventually, when Expedia got in touch with them, the contacted me and moved me to another unit."

"We stayed for 5 nights, we were 3 people and they never cleaned the room or changed towels, or gave shampoo or anything, we had to go ask for a couple of towels on the 4th day so we could share these and have clean towels to dry ourselves. The entrance to the hotel is a little uncomfortable, but it is very close to the beach."

"Our stay here was brief. We stayed just one night between leaving our cruise ship and flying out of San Juan. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there, but the hotel staff was very friendly and quickly prepared our room. The rooms were a good size and there was a fridge in our room. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop view of the surrounding bay and beach. We loved that our room was just steps from the water.
