"Pretty much just as advertised. Very nice property manager named Jessica. King suite with balcony was a good size and climate control worked great. Eli the house keeper was also very nice. House keeping appears to be on request. I only requested it once. The construction of a large condo opposite the balconies is loud but only occurs during the day Monday-Saturday. "Our stay in Akumal was just amazing. The property was above expectations and the service and communication before as well as during was top level. We utilized all amenities (BBQ, pool, rooftop yoga etc) and I strongly recommend renting this play if you are looking for that extra experience!!"
