Good visit at Playa Beach
Very noisy forstå evening - luckily because of A festival. The following Day was nice. The beach is not really swimable. Nice rooms, good location downtown. No entertainment which is a good thing. A proper boutique hotel. Nice massage on the beach next-door. Small breakfast but right on the beach.

Fine hotel at fair price
Nice location, cozy small private beach. Right next to 5th avenue, which is the place for dining, shopping and partying. Only problem, which is seasonal, is the rotten sea weed coming to shore. They do their best to clean it everyday. In general a nice experience vs price. Friendly staff.

Thank you very much. We work hard to please our guests in all areas, but unfortunately Mother Nature not always cooperating. We will be cleaning the beach for as long as needed. Thanks again.

Hyggeligt og roligt hotel
Dejlig og roligt hotel - liggende på stranden med god udsigt - tæt på centrum og gode muligheder for restaurantbesøg og shopping. Meget rent og pænt. Meget venligt personale.

This place is located in walking distance to all the night clubs and the main 5th avenue. Malls, high end restaurants lots to see and not only 5th avenue walk both side it’s beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. They can also book tours I think it was cheaper at the hotel. It has a small pool and beach. This is seaweed season. Breakfast is there for a fee which they bring it to your patio. I booked an apartment style which was furnished. Bed room was a bit small but everything was great. I would recommend!

Good hotel all around. I would recommend for anyone. I stayed with two teen aged granddaughters and it was clean and safe. Very pleasant.

all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The night security staff didn't speak a lot of English but they were very helpful. We arrived after 9 pm so the office was closed. The night security person showed us to our room, explained how to lock the doors and took our luggage to the room. All with minimal English. Most of the rooms have a view of the ocean. As others have said there are boats tied up in front of the hotel but in the morning they went out and we were able to swim directly in front of the hotel. There was some seaweed during our week there but it was removed everyday. As someone who has lived on the ocean the seaweed there didn't smell as much as some I've experienced. Oceans have seaweed. We loved the location of the hotel. It is very quiet and just a block from 5th Avenue and in a very walkable area. The rooms were sound proof and well designed. and the view from our balcony was amazing. We are looking forward to our next trip there.

Loved the property! There is beach with lounge chairs, but boats are on it, so don't really count on swimming. Not a big downer as there are plenty of beaches further down. Internet is complicated, we could not get it in our room, that was the only problem for us. If you decide to go for breakfast, pass on the Continental one, but there is a bakery, Carlotta's around the corner that has great croissant and cinnamon rolls.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr geräumig und komfortabel.(wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße raus) Es war recht ruhig und man hat vom Innenstadt Partymeilen Lärm nachts nichts mehr gehört. Super Anbindung vom AdoBus Alterna und vom Fähranleger nach Cozumel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.
