We take cleanliness very seriously and our rooms are cleaned and inspected daily. However, we do live in a tropical climate and even with weekly fumigation, it is impossible to get rid of all insects. We also apologize for the smell in your room. We believe it may have been caused by the humidity in the air.We are also sorry to hear that your brother left the room next day. We have a strict no-refund policy for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in. However, we value your feedback and we will continue to strive to provide our guests with a clean and comfortable stay.We would like to offer you a 10% discount on your next stay at our hotel.
