"The hotel is really nice, great room (I really did enjoy the room) and a good location. Have been here twice now, absolutely enjoy it and I am sure I will be back again. The hotel is not so big and I like that. 2 things could be approved significant. Had lunch in the bar the day of departure - food didn't taste of anything at all. The breakfast is nice, but there is only one single coffee machine to share and you need to stand in line for quite some time. Don't understand why a second coffee machine is not put in, that would help a lot. You can order a coffee pot but of some reason it takes a long time to get served. The second morning they forgot me and I went to stand in line for the coffee machine instead. Easy to improve if you ask me, don't understand why it hasn't been done already. "

"Nice hotel with professional support from the reception staff. Justin at the reception deserves particular mention, as he did his utmost throughout our stay to change our room to a quieter area."

"Dejligt hotel men desværre super dårlig service i reception/concierge. Kan ikke få fat i nogen om aftenen - trods 24timer bemanding. Bestilt ekstra bøjler men måtte rykke flere gange. Dårlig service ved både ud og incheck. Boede her en uge for anden gang og stadig samme service, så kommer desværre ikke igen - trods god beliggenhed."
