The hotel did not fully meet our expectations for a 5-star property, and the tennis court is in very poor condition. We also booked a sea view room, but the view consisted of approximately 20% sea and 80% a large tree, which was disappointing. We do not recommend purchasing the brunch package, as the breakfast selection is very limited and uninspiring. A rental car is essential, as it is difficult to get anywhere outside the hotel without one. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early and check out later than the standard time. However, for a 5-star hotel, the experience fell short of our expectations in several areas. The rooms were cleaned daily, but the bed linen was not changed during our stay. We also tried on several occasions to contact the reception to arrange a massage, but were unable to reach them. In general, the reception staff often seemed disorganized and difficult to reach. We had booked a sea view room, but the actual view was mostly blocked by a large tree. While a small portion of the sea was visible, it was far from what we expected when paying extra for a sea view. The woman working at the cashier desk (restaurant) was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with, which negatively impacted our experience. The waiters were friendly and welcoming. The overall service, facilities, and breakfast offering did not reflect the standards we would expect from a 5-star hotel.
