"Rooms are fine. Only problems are keys frequently quit working and night staff is always asleep and difficult to get to respond. Also night staff doesn't verify who you are before granting access to keys. ANYONE could have picked a key off the ground and just wandered up to the window and said a room number. And he just does it. This guy's only apparent concern is getting back to sleep ASAP."

"The property was very well kept, the room was large, it was 2 rooms in one, with two tvs for a king bedroom. I also enjoyed having access to a microwave, and mini fridge in the room, all in all one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in thus far! "We requested a crib for our toddler, but wasn’t in the room when we checked in late at night. Asked reception for it FOUR TIMES before they after several hours finally said they didn’t have one, despite accepting my request in advance and advertising that they have cribs. So we had to make our own kinda crib and sleep with one eye open all night.
Communication between employers and the different teams at the hotel is obviously very poor - they even said as much to us.

"The hotel did not live up to the reviews at all. The AC could not be turned off, so it was a constant 28 degrees in the room. None of the channels worked. We got a new room twice, but it didn't help with the missing TV channels.
Besides the three shortcomings mentioned above, their Hot tub is turned off and decommissioned, even though their pictures on their website show otherwise.

"Well used and tired.
Carpet held together by tape, AC startet not giving heat then no cold.
Other guests told us that the management had changed, and sins service had downhilled.
Best eksempel is breakfasts, where things mentioned in flyer from the Hotel wasn’t there, or you had to constantly ask for it.
There were a person on the floor in the breakfast area, but newer did she manage to refill butter, cutlery, bread, etc. before somebody asked after butter, and so on."
