Pieve di San Michele Arcangelo

Very disapointing experience. The breakfast was good, but the overall impression is that this hotel is not even close to delivering on its promises and certaintly not qualifies as a 4 star hotel. We are very experienced travellers, and we have enjoyed all other hotels we have visited in Italy. We specifically decided to book this hotel because of the gym. When we arrived we unfortunately discovered the “multi machine” was broken which they did not prioritise fixing when we flagged this. In Addition, we ordered food in the restaurant one of the evenings, and one of the meals included a chicken breast which was very dry. We tried to “fight us through it” but eventually had to inform the waiter. She did not seem to bother and did not even apologies. We had prepaid for 3 nights, but ended up leaving after 2 as we thought we had bought a 5 star exerpeience which was not true.

Værelset rent men hvis du har parfumeallergi, så kan det godt være lidt hårdt for slimhinderne. Hotellet godt, fin service, vi ladede vores bil og den holdt sikkert parkeret. Morgenmaden var ret god.
