"We got another apartment than we booked, and when we checked in, the whole apartment stank of dogs and was full of dog hairs. The kitchen and especially fridge was very mouldy and dirty and the overall impression of the place was not good with dogs barking all night leaving no sleep. Not even with earplugs. The whole area and especially their own dogs was extremely loud. We adressed these issues to the owner who tried to accomodate us but didnt help. We checked out early to find a better place"

"This was absolutely THE WORST accommodation I have ever booked via Expedia. Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different. The room was dirty and infested with spiders and mosquitos. We sprayed our room down with bug repellent each night, including the actual beds. "This accommodation provides the basics in the studio room. About 4×3 (12) square meters bedroom with small kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The attached bathroom is clean. Wifi in the room is stabilt. I used the accommodation as base for road trips which worked fine. Diego Martin and Port of Spain have a high crime rate according to locals; be aware of this."

"The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. "

"The hosts were very warm and accommodating. You will need transportation to get to and from the location. If renting a vehicle, a smaller car is best to fit into the parking soace at the residence. If the vehicle is larger they can still accommodate, but comoact cars are better. They also provide safe private transportation for guests especially if a guest wants to sightsee.
