"Check-in went smoothly until I got to my room and the code didn't work. Had to go back & forth to the office 3x's before a workjbg code was given. 4 drug addicts lookibg for someone else knocked ob the door in 4 hours. NO TV remote or trash can in the room. "Awesome hotel!"

"The rooms were well appointed and updated. Breakfast was great and happy hour was a real plus. Great value for the money."

"Great property with an amazing location, the only bad thing is the breakfast situation- very confusing and bit of a mess."

"As a retired firefighter, and then went to work for a Sheriff’s office in Florida, I was really pleased with the security of the pass cards entering the building and using the elevator. And also thought the beer tap in the lobby was a fantastic idea . Our son and his girlfriend they’ve only a couple of blocks away so it was a great location along with the gym just across the parking lot perfect location we will be staying there again when we visit"

"Amazing at security and safety."

"Great place in the middle of Phoenix downtown"

"Everything was great , there is a light rail just outside the property that can take you quite far. The breakfast was better than I expected with everything you could want changing daily slightly which is appreciated. Coffee station available all day- nice touch. Rooms are large and comfortable. The only little thing I didn’t like were the polyester sheets. Wish they were the traditional cotton."
