This place is nicely located, but the room was far from clean: What seemed to be a used towel was placed in the corner of the room, and several hairs from previous guest were lying on the floor and on the walls. I complained and was promised that the room would be cleaned, but when I came back many hours later, nothing had been done. I was then offered a new room. When I entered the new room, a pair of used socks were lying in the middle of the room and there was a distinct smell of dust. I had to complain again and the room was cleaned to my satisfaction. This is the fist time ever, I have complained over the level of cleanliness at any hotel/motel.
