"When we arrived they said we didn't have a reservation. It took almost 2 hours to confirm a room."

"The staff was welcoming upon checkin. The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated and the amenities like the airport shuttle and breakfast were fantastic."

"Great"

"Room was clean, breakfast started at 6:00. Lyft worked well when we dropped off vehicle and needed a ride to airport. Downside is finding supper without a car. Walked to another Hotel and ate there."

"Staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Room seem outdated but was clean."

"No amenities no soap or extra towels 2 bath towels that were really rough The toilet was moving a lot and the water faucet was loose"

"Absolutely terrible. Room smelt of cigarettes, very noisy, dirty linen. Got a new room still bad cigaret smell"

"Starting with the clerk, she charge my card 2 times, the room had old used bed sheets on the room, the tolilet seat was not attached to the toilet and it was dirty, I think they never clean it,"
