"When we arrived they said we didn't have a reservation. It took almost 2 hours to confirm a room."

"Staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Room seem outdated but was clean."

"No amenities no soap or extra towels 2 bath towels that were really rough The toilet was moving a lot and the water faucet was loose"

"Absolutely terrible. Room smelt of cigarettes, very noisy, dirty linen. Got a new room still bad cigaret smell"

"I thought I had payed in the app for a good price as I just needed 1 night, but as I arrived they charged me 100 dollars which was not the price in the app and my card was not approved, so I had to find another hotel"

"Starting with the clerk, she charge my card 2 times, the room had old used bed sheets on the room, the tolilet seat was not attached to the toilet and it was dirty, I think they never clean it,"

"Last minute reservation & they were very accommodating. The room was perfect. The property was very clean and quiet. A big plus was the airport shuttle, much appreciated!"
