Perfect property and stay
Loved every part of this place. Location central to everything in the area. Quiet area made it feel like we were the only ones around. Lovely pool area in back, perfect for kids and adults alike. Hosts were accommodating on check in. Definitely recommended this place and will try and book here again next time we’re down in Phoenix!

Work and Play Stay
We had a short trip to Phoenix for a business trip. This property was a wonderful place to stay. It was in a nice location, everything you needed was there and the booking and check-in/out process was simple. We will definitely check it out again. Thank you for everything!

Everything it says it is
The pool was awesome, we knew at the end of our road trip from vegas we would need some relaxation and this home provided it! The pool was perfect for my 10 and 12 year old and for us adults! Beds were great, the house had what you would need when traveling and can’t bring a lot with. Ping pong and darts were fun when it was raining and it was close proximity to a lot of Phoenix. We did a Diamondbacks game, Top Golf and checked out old town Scottsdale. Thank you so much! The owners were always in clear communication as well, which to me is important!

Cute Property in Westwood Estates
We chose this property because it is in the same neighborhood as where our son and daughter-in-law live. The property was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The backyard is lovely. The pool is well maintained. We really appreciated the communications we had with the property owners. We experienced the heat going out at a time when temperatures plummeted in Phoenix. The owners immediately contacted an HVAC technician to diagnose and repair the problem. In the mean time, the owners brought over 3 electric heaters to ensure that we were comfortable in the house. The owners checked in with us regularly to make sure we were OK. They truly prioritize their renters. When we asked to extend our stay by one day due to snowy conditions on the road home to Flagstaff, the owners quickly accommodated our request.

Typical Mid Town Home.
We had had family living in the area for 50+ years, so so surprises for us. Nicely maintained house, ping pong table is awesome, and kitchen had a lot of nice items. Owners are nice and good to deal with. Stay here and you will be fine.

Phoenix Gem
What a great property! Go to the house before the store because they provide so many little extras. Plenty of towels, dishes, shampoo’s/soaps, 2-ply toilet paper!! It’s all of the little things you hope for when staying outside of your own home. We had so much fun spending time as a family in the pool, playing ping pong, and playing board games. We traveled to Scottsdale twice, once to go to the Botanical Garden (with a side stop at Maria’s Frybread-delish!), and once to visit a couple of attractions: The Butterfly Garden and OdySea (pricey, but both were really cool!). It is just a short 30 minutes away. Also, the Walmart there was much nicer! Also traveled to Sedona, which was gorgeous and just two hours away. Try Rock Springs Cafe if you make this trek! Other travelers mentioned the neighborhood. While Phoenix itself seems to have a large homeless/drug presence, this house is nestled in a neighborhood that was quiet and seemed safe. I would love to visit this home again-maybe in the winter where we would be able to dodge the 116° heat wave!

GREAT Venue for family stays
The house was AMAZING . . . we spent countless hours playing ping pong and relaxing in the pool. The BBQ was a nice touch too . . . glad to have a working ice machine too. Only recommendation would be to "cool" the pool down. We will be back.

Great Stay in Phoenix
The property was just as listed and worked great for our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents and 1 toddler). The questions we had during our stay were answered promptly by the hosts and they ensured we had an enjoyable stay. Easy access to activities like the zoo, Encanto park, Scottsdale, and the airport were a plus as well. The shaded area on the patio with the cool misters, along with the safety fencing around the pool made us comfortable being outside with a toddler. Would definitely book again when staying in Phoenix.

Great communication with owners, they were very helpful. Excellent location as was easy access to get to all of our activities each day. The pool was wonderful. Lots of toys to make it more fun even. The owner went out of her way to ensure we had all the necessities for small children. The one downfall I would say is that it was not as clean as I would have liked to see, baseboards in bathroom dirty. Laundry room messy, pool toys thrown in a corner and not clean, however we were able to rinse them off easily. The material on the kitchen chairs and the furniture in the living room were stained/dirty. We put sheets on the furniture to sit on it. Overall was great stay despite this. Would stay again just for the pool.

We appreciate the feedback to take action in these areas: laundry room, baseboards, regular steam cleaning of the upholstered furniture (not a great buy for a family rental - plans to replace ASAP). To better keep up with tidiness/use over all the pool toys, we are only buying sustainable floats moving forward (not inflatable).

Great Rental with Kids
Stayed for 4 nights at the end of Feb. Great rental for our two 3yr olds. There were a few toys and toddler kitchenware that made the trip so easy! We needed one thing during checkin and the owner provided immediately. Close to tons of delicious food and fun things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and Kid Friendly
Our main criteria were kid friendly and a heated pool. This property fit exactly what we were looking for! The ping pong room was a hit with our kids who stayed entertained chasing ping pong balls around the house. The pool was perfect on days it was warm enough to swim. Communication was prompt and very helpful!

Perfect home away from home
We were in town to help our daughter and son in-law move into a new home and also help with a few repairs/upgrades. After a long day of packing and unpacking, this was a great home to come back to to cook a nice dinner and get a comfortable nights rest. It is very well stocked and the owners have thought of every little detail which made our busy trip much easier. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing birthday staycation
We had such an amazing time. It had all the necessities for staying in and cooking a home meal on the back patio with misters to keep us cool. The house was clean and comfy and the pool was refreshing and fun to play hoops with my son and husband. We will definitely be back for another staycation get away with the family.

Awesome place! Very clean and well equipped. Central to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. The mister system on the back patio is fabulous! Nice backyard for the pups, beautiful mesquite tree in the yard for added shade in addition to a great shade/cover over the grill area. Made hanging out on the back yard very comfortable, even in Central Phoenix in June! The pool is great. Set up great for kids, our boys had a blast. Overall really great experience!

Loved the pool and the place
Ok so the place is just like the pictures! Pool was great for 103 degree days. This couple had everything you needed in the house and then some. Evereything worked fine and place was well appointed. Seedy is understatement just outside the subdivision but surprisingly inside the subdivision you would never know and never felt unsafe strolling the area. I would have to say that if we ever came back I would book this place again as it really did feel like home! Well done guys!

We'd love for you to come back Steve! We just installed a misting system to enjoy this summer and the plan come October is to add a heat pump to the pool to extend the swim season even longer! We are so excited and our family keeps trying to snag the vacancies as we keep loving it more and more ourselves!

Beautiful home, central location
We had a wonderful time at this vacation property. The hosts were great- communication was wonderful and I felt like I knew what to expect. The home was kept very clean and amenities were well stocked. We stayed for a week and there was plenty to do for my husband and I (30s), my mom (50s) and our two children (5,3). The neighborhood was not super nice but the overall location was perfect for anything we wanted to do. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We have used VRBO for several rentals. These owners had provided more extras than we had ever seen - numerous spices, plenty of paper products, sandwich baggies, etc. The neighborhood was modest, but it was completely quiet and propertied were well maintained. We were a group of 4 older adults. It would be great for a family with children.

Long weekend....
Spent 4 days in Glendale enjoying Supercross and the weather. This house is a little gem. Clean, good location, very cool 60s decor, good beds. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Not a single complaint.

Wonderful Stay at Encanto!!
This mid century modern house was ideal for a family trip to visit our extended family in Phoenix. It was really nice to be able to sit outside on the patio, however, we did not use the pool as it was too cold in January. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen, dining and living room were good sized and we had plenty of room to spread out around the house. We enjoyed the big screen TV for watching football and movies too. There are lots of restaurants, shops and a Sprouts grocery store along West Indian School road. You can even drive on W. Indian School to East Indian School and visit Old Scottsdale! All in all everyone loved this house!

This property had all the little things a family needs for cooking, bath, laundry, etc. The ping pong room is great and the fenced pool is child safe. This home is perfect for small families. During our stay, the property owners were super communicative, friendly, and made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. We found ourselves in the pool most of our stay— which is wonderful. We enjoyed playing basketball in the pool. The AC is wonderful in the home, and they are really stockpiled in the things you’ll need while you are there!

Great property!! Very adorable interior, pool was absolutely amazing and the selection of floats available was fantastic. Perfect to relax, centrally located for daytime excursions and the yard had sun most of the day with the option to hide out under a shade sail! I couldn’t have been more happy with the price and value. Definitely would stay again!!
