The property was decent and in a very central location. The rooms and everything else were clean and presentable. The reason for my rating was because you are unable to upgrade at check in time to a different room type if you book through a third party. The casinos in Las Vegas do upgrades all the time regardless of the type of booking. These can be to suites, view types, room types, and smoking preference. You leave the booking as is and of course you dont touch how the billing is but they are able to add a second routing in order to bill upgrades. I've been upgrading since the early 2000s for goodness gracious so how is it not possible to do it in todays day and age? I suggest upgrading your check in system so that way you can make more money. At the end, it is beneficial to the property since you are getting paid more.

The area was not great. I will choose a different location next time if I choose to stay with Greentree again. I did like the room and how spacious it was but I did mot like that the door connecting the room next door did not have a single lock.

This is my second time staying at this place, and I love it. People are awesome looking. is very easy. And the amenities are just so nice. The rooms are so nice. very upscale.

Our stay was overnight only. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t stay for breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Manager Lillian was rude. We call to see if we can check in early and was told there were 2 rooms available and when we get there she denied us the room until we mentioned 5 times that we were told on the phone otherwise. She had a bad attitude with an annoyed and argumentative tone in her voice after we spoke to her like regular civilized adults. I’m honestly never one to complain, it’s very hard for me to TRULY dislike a service and become unhappy, but this lady just seems like she hates her job.

The parking spots are sized for Smart cars. There is no space to maneuver anything bigger than a medium size SUV. The staff swapped my booking for a king size bed room for 2 queens and called it an upgrade. There are homeless wandering around out front. The room was not pleasant, things were fadding to a dull yellow. I wont be back. They get a point for having breakfast.

The carpet has stains. The sheets had hair. It was obvious that it was not replaced. Everything is old. The shower was clogged. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Hotel was nice and beautiful when me and my family entered. Easy and fast check in. Staff was nice. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and had a nice dining area. Me and my family would definitely stay again.

Considering price , it was ok, room was clean but old, no hot water to shower, breakfast was ok, no restaurant no bar, surprisingly they shut lock the entrance at 9 pm, kind of feel bad

The swimming pool was not heated. As a matter of fact, if you through in a bag of ice cubes, they wouldn't melt. The spa was not working because they were waiting for parts. When you don't want to fix something, your waiting for parts. P.S. The bed is great if your greatest desire is to wake up with severs back pain.
