"This is the cutest little place. Nicely located near lots of restaurants and very spacious. It was extremely quiet. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. It was also a really good place a show at cardinals stadium. It was about 30 minutes but it made it super affordable "

"Came to Phoenix for one of our best friend’s wedding. They live in the same complex, so location was excellent. The condo was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Although we didn’t really cook, the kitchen was well appointed. Checking in and out was very easy as was the communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again when we visit our friends next time."

This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had...

"We have stayed at many properties in the Phoenix area and so far this one takes the prize. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It had a great heated pool and hot tub. It was easy to get around the property and so close to shopping, groceries, and many restaurants. It's location just north of Camelback was fairly quiet. We would definitely stay there again."
