"The room was very clean and the location is good."

"Love the place! Close to everything but still pretty quiet in the room."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Magnificent Honeymoon Savior – Truly a Home Away from Home! After a disappointing experience with our initial accommodation that was not up to par for our honeymoon, MaxStays completely came to our rescue! From the moment we arrived at the Max Pavilion @ The Venice Residences, we knew we were in good hands. The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home. What stood out during...

"Very nice location, extremely good view from balcony, good bed, good apartment all together, lagging a few amenities, host is very accommodating and easy to get a hold of."

"More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!"

"Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good."

"It was okey, it needs extra bed"

"Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel"

"Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend."

"Excellent. Beachfront room as expected. 10 out of 10. Will come back "

"We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful accomodation with a very friendly host- Ammy. She took care of us from the start of the booking til we arrived at the place- everything went just smooth and perfect. She is simply so kind- thank you! The pool is amazing- a waving pool- never seen that before. The area is clean and safety- a lot of security. Close to the airport- perfect place to take 2-3 days in Manila before to fly to the islands. Warmly recommend the hotel and the host!"
