"The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, like tissues, makeup remover towels and a coffee bar. In addition, the bed was one of the comfiest beds that we’ve had at a VRBO. I also appreciated that the host was quick to give us our access information.Our only issue was that there was another rental next to us and they were so loud from 10:00-12:30 AM that we couldn’t sleep. I think this was a one-off, though, and does not reflect the quality of the room. "

"This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). "The property was nice and was perfect for a couple night stay. Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. "The host are very welcoming! Right away reached out with standard info we would need like passcode for lock box, wifi name & pw, etc. They were prompt with replying to messages. Additional we have a rear wheel drive car * it was are misfortune that there was a snowstorm. I reached out to the host explaining my situation and they allowed us to book an additional night unexpectedly. So prayers we can drive out tomorrow. Overall, it's a charming home and comfortable beds. "

"This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. The host was very responsive and let me book within 2 hours since VRBO was also covering some over the cost (last minute cancellation). I did contact the host before 7am.
