The Space:
Welcome to our home in South Philly!
Step inside off the quiet block and notice the bright and airy open layout of the first floor. You will walk into the living room area that boasts exposed brick, modern and stylish decor and furniture, a 65 inch wall mounted Roku smart Tv- a perfect spot to sit down and relax with some Netflix!
Next you will notice the dining area with table and chairs set up under the trendy dining room chandelier. This will be great for your home cooked meals! Just next to the dining room you will have your first floor powder room for your comfort and convenience.
Keep passing through to the beautiful kitchen, including two tone custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, shelves stocked with cookware, baking and cooking essentials, and dinnerware. The quartz countertops and stylish design are very unique.
Next step out into the backyard to your own little sunny oasis, featuring charcoal grill, outdoor furniture set up, and mood string lights above. Great for your morning coffee or a cocktail at night!
Back inside and down the basement stairway you will step into the finished basement and game room area featuring skee ball, games for families, and an arcade game! This is our favorite spot in the house- an awesome time for kids and adults.
Head upstairs to the second floor and you will find the rear bedroom equipped with 2 comfy twin beds, Roku smart TV, nice closet space and plenty of pillows and blankets. Down the hall is the hallway bathroom featuring gleaming chrome fixtures, a shower and tub combo, custom tile work, and shampoo, handsoap, conditioner, and bodywash provided for you and your party!
Finally, at the front of the house you will see the primary bedroom. This space is perfect for couples with a cozy queen size bed, custom made accent wall, wall mounted smart tv, plenty of closet space, extra pillows and blankets, and best of all, a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower, modern tile work and matte black fixtures, and of course shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and hand soap provided!

The kitchen will come fully stocked with:
-Silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies.
-Basic appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Toaster & Microwave, Washer & Dryer.
-There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for our guests to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer.
-There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks.
We understand the importance of a comfortable and safe stay for families with young children. To make your stay as hassle-free as possible, we provide the following family amenities:

Guest Access:
The entire home is reserved for the guests, the guest will be able to enjoy our home inside and out. We have prepared our home with a game room with:
-Board games and playing cards are stored in the finished basement area on the coffee table.
-We also have a Pac- Man arcade game for you to try your luck on!
-Pack N Play
There is an outdoor charcoal grill available for your use as well as an outdoor table and chairs set if you would like to sit out back and enjoy some fresh air.
The Neighborhood:
Welcome to South Philly! Here you will be close to The Stadium District, Philly Live Casino, Subway, plenty of shopping, great restaurants, FDR park, easy highway access to Route 76 and I-95, and much more!
Getting Around:
Getting around is super easy- with close access to the Broad Street Subway Line, Bus routes, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft. The area is incredibly walkable too, so no need to go to far for some action!
Walking: If you're traveling within the immediate vicinity, walking can be a convenient and enjoyable way to get around. It allows you to explore the neighborhood and experience its surroundings at a leisurely pace.
Bicycling: Philadelphia has a bike-friendly infrastructure, with bike lanes and bike-sharing programs available. You can rent a bike from various stations throughout the city and cycle to your desired destinations, including parks, shops, and nearby neighborhoods.
Public Transportation: The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) operates buses, trolleys, and the subway system (known as the "Market-Frankford Line" or "MFL") in Philadelphia. You can use SEPTA to travel to different parts of the city, including popular attractions and downtown areas. Check SEPTA's website or use their mobile app for route maps, schedules, and fare information.

We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by local guests.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am- please respect our neighbors
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a
thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest(TRUVI), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. No refunds bookings Cancelled with in 14 days before check-in.
Interaction with Guests:
Our home has been designed for a self-check-in process, our guests will be receiving the check-in instructions on the morning of their check-in date and a full welcome guide shortly after booking confirmation.
