"A great hotel in a very convenient location- incredibly central. Their WiFi did not support my VPN which was a bit frustrating and the signal for my eSIM was not great inside the building which made using my phone a bit slow. Would stay again!"

"Ok Novotel. A bit hard to find the shuttle bus in the airport though. Service not as good as on Pullman next door, as well as the restaurant. I recommend going to Pullman for dinner instead. Rooms are nice and comfy, although the mirror in the bathroom is placed so it's nearly impossible to use. Women will not like it for adding makeup in front of it, like it makes it difficult to shave in front of it. "

"I arrived and I had message them and told them the time and date as they requested but they made no effort to accommodate me and said there was no room in the vehicle to pick me up. My Chinese gf fight with them until finally a car showed up a hour later but was over full of people and we had to squeeze in, at arriving at hotel they said they never got the money and Expedia stoled it and they only receive $30 a night and they was refuse give the free breakfast. "Check in again rather slow. Also massive queues for breakfast. Food good variety but many items ran our during peak times. The room and hotel were new, clean and well maintained. Tagged onto a mall with kids attraction which was great. Convenient to go to Chimelong which is 15mins taxi ride."

"Helt som forventet dejligt ophold. Med adgang til lounge bliver det stressforstyrrelse ophold. Køkkenet læste ikke bestillingerne på æggeretter, så vi fik nærmest det samme hvergang ved morgenmaden. Fantastisk concierge service. Vi kommer meget gerne igen."
