"It is a very lovely house, and the countryside is perfect. But we did not get what we were expecting. In the booking it says that there were room for 10 persons- but we only had access to part of the house, 2 rooms - were locked- so we only had access to 6 beds. When we contacted the host we were told that, we had to pay for access to the last rooms. And that we had only paid for access to 6 beds. even though the booking said house for 10 persons. "The property was beautiful! The road to the villa was a dirt road and with all of the rain was not in very good shape. I'm glad we were driving an SUV as another car may have bottomed out on the drive to the villa. The property manager was very responsive to any issues. The location was only minutes from Montepulciano. "

Für den relatv hohen Preis dürfte das Mobiliar jedoch in einem besseren Zustand sein. Es hat keine bequemen Sessel im Aussenbereich um gemütlich zu sitzen, die sonnenliegen sind etwas gammlig und die Pfannen in der Küche praktisch unbrauchbar zum kochen."

"Overall we had a great experience. The layout is a bit strange, but worked out fine for us. The villa is beautifully renovated and updated. The manager did not give me the address, so I had a hard time finding the property. There was no shampoo, no trash bags, and only one roll of toilet paper, so we had to purchase those things. "

"Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie i dette skønne hus. Huset er godt indrettet og alt har fungeret perfekt. Når vi havde brug for hjælp, så var Madeleine (husets ejers mor) altid til at træffe og alt blev hurtigt ordnet. Madeleine var også god til at anbefale restauranter og udflugter. Det mest fantastiske ved dette hus er de smukke omgivelser og udsigten fås ikke bedre. Poolen ligger skøn og man finder ro og velvære i sin ferie her. "Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön inmitten der Natur. Wer kein Problem hat mit dem Auto über schmale Schotterwege zu fahren, für die ist es ein Traum, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut verständlich. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als gut. Leider war ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude nur über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. (Ist für junge Leute okay, aber für 60+ beschwerlich). Küchenausstattung mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine und großer Kühl- Gefrierkombination optimal, leider...

"Great little bed and breakfast feel, with a lovely view from the terrace. The breakfast voucher is for a great little cafe right nearby and we really enjoyed that added touch. We had the 'green' room and didn't really need the 2nd space with the 2 smaller beds, but it was nice to have so much space, including the kitchen and sitting areas. Very clear instructions on how to find them, especially parking! The video was very helpful "
