"It seemed to be. We received email threats telling us how much the fines would be if we left any dirty dishes or didn’t take out the trash or checked in too early or checked out too late. All the coffee mugs had visible dirt or food on them inside and out. The water glasses had food spots on them. The lamps in one bedroom didn’t work, though they worked when plugged into an outlet in the kitchen. It was ok, but worrying about all the possible ways we might have to pay a $20, or $25, or $30 fine...

"DIRTY and MICE. Second time staying here. First time was dirty but manageable. This time we could not find another place open so decided to stay here thinking it could not be worse. WRONG. Floors were filthy. Walked around in my bare feet and they were black on the bottoms. We had to wear shoes the rest of time in the house. No supplies to clean ourselves. Opened up drawer in kitchen and found mouse droppings and towels shredded by mice. Other drawers had mouse droppings. Next day opened another...

"Let me start by saying that this property has plenty of space. My 17 year old and I stayed on the main floor and had plenty of space. We’ve been looking at universities and I was thinking we’d like to relax with more space and get some laundry done by this point in our travels. Granted, we got there just after sunset but I wasn’t doing laundry in that basement with side rooms and light fixtures with no bulbs. The top floor consisted of a couple of bedrooms, a game room with a foosball table,...

"The house was very nice very cute very well maintained beds were comfortable the community was very nice very safe definitely will run again for next year "

"The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the furniture was acceptable. The house needs some maintenance pretty badly. The flooring, decking, patio furniture and flooring above the kitchen needs to be replaced. The dishes were dirty, sink upstairs and bathtub areas need a good scrub, and there was quite a bit of dust on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and living room area was nice. Definitely not a five star. "

"Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place."
