Perfect Beachfront Getaway!My family and I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront condo, and it was everything I was hoping for and more! The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we could need for a relaxing stay.The location couldn't have been better—just steps from the beach, so we spent our days lounging by the water and evenings watching the sunset right from the balcony. Great condo

Condo was only steps away from the beach and had everything you need for a home away from home. Loved the extra towel hooks in bathrooms and hallway (it’s the small things!). Complimentary beach service was great and the beach attendant was so nice and friendly. A very polite young man! No lobby here but really didn’t one with check in info texted and emailed to you. Overall great stay.

Property is a must!

The location was perfect, directly on the beach only steps away from the ocean. We have five children ranging from 2 yrs to 9 yrs and we had zero issues. Very convenient and easy getting from the property to the beach. Also, a large balcony with tons of room. Large sliding doors and windows across the entire condo! An umbrella and chairs are free which are a must! You have the option of renting a paddle board which we did. The condo also had some kids toys which my kids loved! Everything was perfect and we would definitely go again.

Stunning views of the gulf from the oversized balcony, with access to the master. Very clean. Plenty of room for a family. 10 min drive to all that Destin has to offer. Just a few steps to the elevator/stair tower, with direct access to the beautiful beach. You won't be disappointed. We will stay again.

The complex could use some outside renovations but a resident there told me they will be doing some soon. It is beautiful and well decorated. It has all the amenities we needed except could use some leftover containers since we like to cook at the condo most of the time. The view is the BEST! and it is a very short trip to pool or especially the beach!! We had a problem with the internet but Brooks and Shorey employees did their best to have it fixed ASAP. Thank You! I would recommend it.

Great Place

My family had a nice stay at this property in July 2023. The unit overall is well taken care of, clean, and close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook. Be aware, there is no Keurig so make sure you bring old fashion coffee. The property has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is right down the hall for the stairs and elevator. There was plenty of parking. We received 2 beach chairs with our stay and it's nice not needing to bring your own. We had an issue with our freezer, we called and they had the issue resolved within a few hours. My only complaint is there isn't much to do within walking distance of the condo, and there isn't even a sidewalk in front of it. My favorite thing about this was how small the complex was, it made parking easy, no wait for the elevator, and being that it's a small complex the beach wasn't super busy! Thanks for a great week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The condo was even better than we expected - very clean and spacious with comfy furnishings and beds. The kitchen had every small appliance you could need (we actually used the Belgian waffle maker), updated major appliances(although the electric stove top was super slow to heat up) with loads of dishes and counter and cabinet space.There are multiple hooks in entry hall for hanging gear and damp things. A/C worked efficiently and ceiling fans were appreciated. The location on the beach had a beautiful view from the enormous balcony and was off the beaten track, so it wasn't crowded at all. The location in the building was convenient to beach access (2nd floor, so we avoided the elevator most of the time). Pool area was clean and uncrowded despite the smallish size of the pool itself. Cons: Grill is not in the pool area as stated and we had to hunt it down - it's actually at one end of the building near the parking lot. Hot water takes a long time to arrive, so expect to wait for it (we hate wasting water like that). We did not realize the beach chair and umbrella set up was not reserved specifically for the unit with our name on it, so each day we had to hunt around for a free one, and go out early to nab it. (Although the young man attending them was very helpful and friendly.)
