"Lovely condo! Very clean and comfy, looks like the owners put a lot of pride and TLC into their property. Loved watching the dolphins and drinking my coffee on balcony. We enjoyed spending the week after Christmas and celebrating New Year’s Eve at HarborWalk village in Destin. Never can get over the beautiful color, calm water and white sand on the gulf coast. Just keep in mind that the 3rd floor may be difficult for an older person and getting luggage up steps. Other than that little detail...

"The stovetop did not work and there was no twin bed as shown in the description! Luckily one of our guest backed out so we had enough sleep space. "

"We stayed at this two bdrm beach front apt for spring break. It was a beautiful apt. It felt like home but with the beach all around you. From the main bedroom balcony to the living room balcony you were surrounded by the beautiful beach. We saw dolphins from our balcony is the mornings. The home was very clean. The ability to wash our clothes in the full size machines made it so easy. The owners were very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. We most certainly would stay in 2001...

"Although the property was on the beach, the view was blocked by the sand dunes. There was an easy walkway to get to the water. The property listing says check in at 3pm, but you are not able to access the property until after 4pm due to a timed lock on the front door. That was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. The bedrooms were small, but overall the condo was clean, in a good location, and an easy walk to the water. Overall, it was about what I expected. "
