  • Dette condo med 2 soveværelser ligger foran på 3. sal i det vidunderlige Summerlin-kompleks! Hvis du leder efter et afslappet og mindre kompleks væk fra de travle veje og overfyldte strande, er dette sted det rigtige for dig! Fantastisk åben grundplan, den smukke udsigt vil hilse dig, så snart du går ind. Master soveværelse på stranden med adgang til balkonen foran stranden! Køkkenet har en stor ø, som alle bare elsker, og præpping af måltider er en leg. Udsigten fra 3. sal er bare utroligt. Miles og miles af sukker hvidt sand og smaragdgrønt vand - den perfekte strandterapi! Marts - oktober er det strandservicesæson! Lejligheden har 2 stole og 1 paraply, der er oprettet på stranden til dig hver dag af dit ophold - GRATIS!


    Denne plads har mange af de samme funktioner som vores andre Summerlin-enheder, inklusive et komplet køkken, lang ø-tæller, fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler og en stue-til-soveværelse balkon. Stuen og begge soveværelser er tæppebelagte, mens resten af enheden er flisebelagt. Dette er virkelig et dejligt sted at bo for at have det godt på stranden.

I loved the location, beaches were not crowded. It was very relaxing. The condo was cozy and perfect for the three of us. I loved the simplicity of it and it was very clean. The perks were great.

Huge porch! We had a great time.

We had many meals on the porch and enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and great view! Probably time for new living room furniture. But we loved our time.

Also both kitchen pantries were locked so no where to put our food! Other than that, it’s a beautiful location as always. We will return to Summerlin but probably will rent a different condo!

Great location! Superb view and comfort.

This is a fabulous location, no better view than this. Location is in the quiet part of Ft Walton Beach; chairs and umbrella setup are a plus however they are taken down 4-5 unless you have a big party and tip big. Check-in and Check-out are not very pleasing since you cannot be guaranteed checkin until 4pm or later, which for us was later. Check-out is 10am which is quite early considering we had such a late checkin. Beware, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30am. Other than that, the condo and unit is very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a perfect location. Great view, and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach area. The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

Reviewer Comments: While my wife and I usually stay in bigger condos along with 4 grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law, we only had 2 grandchildren with us this week. This condo was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandchildren. Condo was clean, had probably the most wet-stocked kitchen with regard to pots, pans, and casserole dishes. It had plenty of drawer space for clothing in the bedrooms. We only had 1 minor issue and Brooks and Shorey Resorts responded within 2 hours and resolved issue. In renting in the Panhandle area for nearly 35 years, I never had someone respond so quickly

Fabulous 5 Days in 303

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo! The views were picture perfect! I fell asleep on my balcony several nights, sitting there listening to waves. We originally booked for 4 nights, but were thankful it was available an extra night, so stayed 5! We will DEFINITELY stay in this condo again & again! The check in process is quick & convenient. Check out is the same. We loved the door code instead of keys, too! The mattress in the master could be replaced, but I was too busy sleeping listening to the waves to mind much. The place smelled SO clean upon checking in! EXCELLENT cleaning service! I suggest a bigger tv in the kid’s room, but our son loved the couch & tv in the living room, so it was wasn’t a problem for us. Overall I have no complaints, only 2 minor suggestions. We will be back 303! Thanks for the amazing 5 nights!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whole condo was in need of a total update. Carpet in living room was stained and very dirty, there was a water bottle behind one of the chairs, a pair of shorts in one of the drawers and the comforter in the master had what looked like blood stains on it. The furniture was so uncomfortable and old that we would sit on the bed to watch tv. The laundry area smelled like sewerage. Wehave stayed at other condos at Summerlin for the last 6 yrs. And none have been this bad.
