    Denne enhed på første sal er et utroligt sted, der har masser af indslag af hjem. Hvert værelse har sin egen kystsnit, inklusive farvestrålende tropiske fisk i soveværelset / badet, let farvede muslingeskaller i gæstesoveværelset / badet og et palmetræmaleri i spisepladsen. Denne enhed har en tildelt overdækket parkeringsplads. Med to soveværelser og en sovesofa kan denne ikke-ryger enhed rumme op til 7 gæster. Et nyt væg spejl i soveværelset hjælper med at udfylde pladsen med farve. Et køkken i fuld størrelse suppleres med et stort øskab / bordplade. Der findes også en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse i enheden. Tre store vinduer og væg spejle i stuen mødes for at omringe rummet med gyldent solskin, hvidt sand og smaragdfarvede farvande - tre ting, der gør Emerald Coast så attraktivt! Perfect vacation spot

This condo is our new favorite! Perfect location and wondereul condo! It had everythig we needed. Well, maybe a more comfortable couch, but we weren't inside much!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderfully trip. The condo was great. We were a little hesitant about the first floor, but it was great. You still have a beach view and we saw dolphins from our balcony. We would definitely recommend.

Girls Beach Trip

We loved the condo but there were a few items I would definitely update being the cookware and living room sofa and love seat. The hide-a-bed was horrible. This condo is at a great location and the condo itself was great. We didn't let uncomfortable living room furniture slow us down. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

This is a corner condo with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. When we arrived, you could smell that the room had just been cleaned. It is really like a home away from home. The owner has some beach toys, chairs, and a small cooler that were really helpful when we went to the beach for the day. The beach is just a few steps away from the room. We plan to stay again.

Early summer vacation

The pictures in the listing were accurate. Everything we needed was supplied for the kitchen. It was a end condo so we had extra windows for viewing the beach which was nice ! My only suggestion would be to replace or fix the outdoor balcony chairs. They are made of pvc pipe and one of the pipes broke while my daughter was sitting in it. Other than that the stay was excellent ! I will definitely consider Summerlin when I’m the destin area again !!

Wonderful stay!

We’ve found our favorite beach home at Summerlin! This complex was nice and small which our family needed. Our son has special needs so we didn’t want a huge place. Unit 101 was perfect for our family of four! Could not believe how big it was. The view was amazing. The description and pictures were completely accurate. No surprises at all. If I had any recommendations it would just be to change some things to make it more kid friendly (light fixture over the kitchen table, some decor) I’d also love a Keurig! However, those are minor suggestions. We are already planning on returning! Had a wonderful time!

Family Vacation

The place looks just like the pictures. It could use some updates. Parking inside is very small and difficult to get a van pulled in. Ok for a compact car. Pictures of balcony is deceiving. It is smaller than portrayed. Have to get beach chairs every morning, they will not reserve for you even though it is paid for by the owners.

We were worried at first that the condo would be ready until 6 pm because of cleaning protocols, but we were called at 2:30 and said it was ready to go. Thanks B&S! The only problems we encountered were a low battery in smoke alarm at 1 in the morning and a broken table leg that we fixed.

We were given a door code that did not work. We left a voicemail with the after hours emergency number. Our call was returned in a timely manner and we were able to get settled in.The condo was very clean, but had a musty smell. I am not sure if the dehumidifier was not working or if the carpet had gotten wet at some point. The checkout process was incredibly easy. The Alexa works great!
