Beautifully decorated with very nice furniture and appliances. Ocean view was outstanding. Unit is quite. Building and grounds are in great condition. Master bed comfortable but very noisy. Older tile floors could be slick and dangerous. Watch your step!

Overall, this was a great fit for our last minute trip. The place could use some updating but for the price I was satisfied. Everything worked, the room was on the top floor close to the elevator. It was a quiet week so we didn’t have any issues with loud neighbors or excessive pool activity. The chairs and umbrella are a nice feature and we used them each day we were there. The overall state of the property was nice, the beach gorgeous, and the building is in close proximity to a convenience store and a couple of restaurants so you don’t have to get out if you don’t want to. The living room was a nice size with a couch and three chairs, perfect t for four of us. The bathrooms are a nice size and the washer and dryer was handy. The kitchen appliances are newer and there was plenty of ice from the fridge. I’d stay here again. Also nice allotment of bathroom towels but bring your own beach towels!
