"There were 3 families that stayed at the house for a week while in town for dance nationals. There were 6 adults and 7 kids, ranging from 11-16 y.o. The house gave us plenty of room so we never felt like we were on top of each other. "What a nice surprise! Everything you could need was on site. From beach chairs to pickle ball to the two cruisers. We found and used it all! All of the baths and the kitchen were set up perfect. It will be hard to find a better place to enjoy coffee on the deck in the mornings also. Keith stayed in touch with us the entire trip making sure we had everything we needed and even helped with a small wifi issue. We can't wait to come back!! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach side condo. Plenty of wonderful things to say about our stay. We loved it being beach front, we loved the ice maker that came in handy during our stay and we loved how quiet it was. If I could suggest one thing it would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Our room was lit up by the neighbors porch light all night and the mornings super bright for non-early risers on vacation. Our overall experience was very enjoyable while we celebrated our 25th wedding...

"EXCEEDED expectations! Not only was the property exactly as described but the owner provided so many extras…beach chairs, beach wagons, beach towels, floats, corn hole, binoculars, bicycles, fully-equipped kitchen, and even two full size refrigerators in the kitchen. Beach access was a 3-minute walk. And we thoroughly enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. I also loved that you had a great view of the ocean AND the Santa Rosa sound from the balconies.
