Beautuful Updated Townhouse, Sleeps 6 - A25

Welcome to our slice of paradise. You'll be charmed by this updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom multi-level townhouse condo. Nestled in the Boardwalk community on the sound side, it boasts one of Pensacola Beach's most expansive private white-sand beaches.

Proximity to both the bay and gulf is a highlight of this unit. The second level offers a beautifully appointed kitchen complete with dining area and wine refrigerator. A spacious living room with a plush sofa invites relaxation. This level also includes a convenient half bath and laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, accommodating up to 6 guests.

The third level is home to two generously sized bedrooms, each featuring its own private full bathroom and an open deck. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two full-sized beds. This unit is an ideal retreat for relaxation and sunbathing. On the ground level, you'll find a separate storage closet and a covered area for entertainment, complete with beach chairs, an umbrella, grill, surfboard, spike ball, and cornhole for endless fun.

Viel Strandequipment

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit ganz kleinen Mängeln wie das Fehlen der Nachtischlampe im 2. Schlafzimmer. Keine 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, 1 Minute zum Pool und zum Fleet. Allerdings kein Ausblick, nur das nächste Gebäude. In der Abstellkammer reichlich Strandmaterial wie Sonnenschirme und Stühle.

Nice stay

Nice renovations to a well located condo. Close to the gulf beach, nice pool and a white sand beach on the bay side right on the property. Well furnished and managed by a very responsive owner.

Fun Mini Vacation

Our family stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. The place was clean and updated and we had plenty of room. The beach was a short walk across the street. Pensacola Beach is a low key place with not heavy crowds. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation 2024

The property and location was a perfect fit for our visit to Pensacola Beach. The property was clean and the property managers were great to deal with. We will definitely be back again in the future! Easy beach access, and very nice swimming pool area.

This was a nice home, the staff was awesome! The hostess Sam was great she was able to give me advise on the local areas made sure that my needs was accommodated in a timely manner, I even was left a small baggie of treats before departing. I will definitely come back and rent from these properties only.. I traveled a lot of places and it’s not easy finding hospitable people or finding properties that I could leave a good review . This was definitely a great experience and area.. I almost forgot to mention that it is footsteps across from the beach and also there is a pier area on the opposite side.. this was a great find!

Great place to stay!

A friend and I stayed here for a girls trip. The property was very clean and in a great location. The house was furnished with everything we needed, including beach gear. We were met by management staff when we checked in, and she was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we felt was missing was some information on local attractions, beach access, restaurants, store locations, etc. It was our first time in the area, and we would have found that very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay again!

This is our second time booking this condo, and we had such a great stay here! We were really happy to see there had even been some beautiful renovations made in the kitchen and other areas that just made this year’s vacation even that much better! Everything was very clean, and we also really appreciated all the extr beach gear they have stored we used every day! We will be back, and thanks again for another great week!

Ocean everyday

We had a wonderful stay. The place was as advertised. It was close to the ocean and the bay as well as having a pool. There were many pool chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. and the storage closet. That was a nice touch Sam who was our contact did a wonderful job of addressing any small needs that came up during our stay. It’s wonderful to have a full size kitchen, and the two bedrooms both with an en suite bathroom it was very comfortable and we felt at home.

Perfect condo for our family!

Great location to the beach right across the street and the sound side. Property managers are very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Very well decorated, well stocked kitchen and clean. Will definitely book again next time we visit!

We loved it!

My husband and I took our daughters (8 & 11) and we all loved it! The condo has been well decorated and does not feel like a typical vacation rental. We all felt at home and comfortable and our girls loved sleeping in the same room but in separate beds. Overall, we had a great experience but there were a couple of things that I felt needed adressing: the balcony areas were under construction when we came and had temporary poles that we were told were safe but we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor patio areas because of it. It would have been appreciated to have been informed of the construction so we weren't surprised by it. The inside of the condo has been pretty well maintained but there were a few areas that need some attention that are not difficult to do (some mildew on master room caulking, some cracked base trim by the shower as well). We would definitely rent at this property again but we would want an ocean front property because this particular unit did not have that.

Great Condo!

We lucked out by finding this one! Friendly staff, very clean property, a short walk from a beautiful beach and just down the road from anything you would want to do at Pensacola Beach. I would 100% go back again. Thank you for making our stay to visit our son so special.

Great Home Away From Home

We had an absolute great stay. The condo is right across the street from the beach and the pool area was awesome. House was immaculate with lots of room. Has amazing cookware not the cheap stuff that sticks.

Our new getaway place

We were very pleased with our stay in Pensacola. We took our 3 grand babies, 8,7, & 4 years old. They loved the place. The check - in was friendly, quick and easy. There are not any bathtubs, which we got used to, but was overlooked when reading the description when we booked. There was a great closet with handy and useful beach stuff. There is also a shower and hose by the door that we used a lot! It’s a great place to enjoy the white sand beaches in Pensacola.

Great location, Gulf access, and super cute unit

This property was so cute and they really did a great job with the design. You can tell the owners really went with upgrades finishes….it was definitely more upscale than most units we looked at. It was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and pots/pans. It had ample cleaning supplies(there was extra dishwashing detergent, sand which bags, garbage bags,etc left from prior beach-goers). The storage closet outside has everything you need for the beach. I usually borrow beach chairs and umbrellas from family, but this year I was expecting to have to buy them. I was really pleased to find everything I needed already there! They may have advertised this, but I didn’t see it. Grateful I didn’t have to pack and travel with those chairs!!!! There’s a convenient store .25 miles down the street that is well stocked and open 24 hours. Beach access is perfectly located right across the street. Mattresses were good and living room furniture was comfortable to lounge on! Only two critiques: The fan in the second bedroom was too loud to use….and the tenants prior to us left the beach chairs full of trash and an aluminum pan full of fish batter inside the grill that had molded leaving the grill a little suspect. It hadn’t been cleaned and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Not enough to really complain about at all. We loved this unit and would even consider buying it if the owners would sell. We were in town looking for potential investment properties and looked at a few during our stay. This unit checked all our boxes and then some!!!!
