"Wow, I've never had such difficulty reviewing a hotel in my years of travel. I have chosen to overlook many of the things I didn't like because I feel they maybe wouldn't paint a telling picture for the next person. Here are the things that HAVE to weigh down: - There was absolutely no gym in the hotel. I got up there and there 2 treadmills, 2 spinning bycicles (i.e. no room for tablet by the screen) and one bench for free weights. This is weighing down an entire star because I chose the hotel for location + gym. - The room was not clean when I moved in. Layers of dust on every surface. First deep clean the sheets put on my bed were not clean either. Almost an entire star removed here but I might be screamish. Following would weigh down but not sure it would fair but still beware of it: - Fire alarm went off twice for no reason very loud. - Elevator malfunctioned on me once and I had free fall (from second floor only though) but so scary. - iPad in the room had the alarm functioned turned off for some reason? feels weird to give me the option and then again no. - You cannot request full cleaning outside of the schedule and you cannot request light cleaning in the morning. Only the day before. - At check-in staff interrupts a conversation over and over to greet people walking in (like guests coming back from dinner or something) very annoying. Generally staff not super helpful but I am used to more service so I can't give less stars for something acceptable. "

"Nice pool. Very noisy from both street and the next door railroad tracks where trains toot their horn multiple times at night. Impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Shuttle from the airport drove straight past us despite being at the right location. So taxi is was. "

"Rooms are old, and the service at the front desk are not good. I asked for car rental advises, will never do that again or stay at that hotel. The area in general are nice 👌"

"Fantastisk hotel til et par dage i Miami inden krydstogt. God placering, helt nyt og alt spillede - også det højteknologiske hvor næsten alt kunne kontrolleres med en iPad. "

"When you first arrive everything looks great. And most things are. Our room left a bit to be desired regarding the cleaning. We picked up a few bits of rubbish and also found a nose ring on the floor. I doubt the vacuum cleaner had been over the floor. In the bathroom there was a bit of rust. When we booked there was an option of 15$ for breakfast buffet. When we asked about it. It was only in the weekend. "

"Mit ophold på B Ocean var rigtig fint. Værelset var lidt slidt, men i forhold til andre besøg i USA var det flot. Lækkert placering med gå mulighed til mange gode restauranter og barer."
