Nice hotel - good price

I’m not sure why this property gets such high ratings. I was there and not for a tour but a real paid stay. Almost everything on their website does not even exist. There were no power boats. No kayaks. No sports bar patio seating with a fire pit. I didn’t see any shuttles to help you get around the massive property. Those pretty hanging outdoor lights on the website don’t work or at least we’re not in. Our ac in Our room didn’t work. It said 68 the whole time. More like 75 and it said if the slider was open it would t work but the slider was broken and would not shut right. Toaster caught fire - loose wires inside could have been a disaster. They don’t have towels by the pool and if you ask them they tell you to bring the bath towels from the room which you kinda need from taking a cold shower bc after 11am there is no hot water. Our house phone didn’t work so I had to use my cell to call the front desk the whole time. The bars by the pools ? Never saw one open. And it was a holiday weekend. And the jacuzzi by our room at the pool was filthy where people lay their heads back - ok that is a simple cleaning that should be being done. We left a day early and just took the loss $$. Yes it was that bad.
