"Meget smuk oase med masser af beplantning og blomster. Aircon i hvert rum,som kølede godt ned. Vi manglede lidt information fra receptionen da vi checkede ind ift.faciliteter og muligheder på søsterhotel,men vi fandt ud af tingene efterhånden. Morgenmad var fint og god service. Juice var dog mere saftevand og dårlig kvalitet. "

"The facilities are very nice, and it’s a beautiful hotel. But the service was definitely not 5 stars. It’s hard to get food and water outside of the buffet opening hours. So for instance if you want to have a snack between 16 and 18:30 it’s only possible to get chips or nuts from the pool bar. If you want water bottles before 10:00 you have to go to the reception. If we wanted to eat by the pool it was only possible to go to snack bar between 13 and 16 and bring it yourself. By the kids waterpark area the only food choice is pork gyros which with no vegetarian options. We also noticed that food was not clearly labeled for dietary restrictions and allergies. We personally did not get guide of the hotel until we personally asked for one after 2 days, which created some embarrassing moments for us at the a la carte restaurant. Through the whole trip I felt I had to ask what services and facilities they had, no one told you about the hotel to make the stay easier. In general we just did not get the feeling of being at a 5 star hotel all inclusive hotel. We choose the travel form because it’s easy with kids, and I don’t feel they provided that. I’d probably get the same experience at a 3 or 4 star hotel for a lot cheaper. "

We tried to address this, but we were not taken seriously. We have stayed at the hotel several times, but this was the last time. "Fantastisk hotel lige ned til stranden Højt service niveau Dejlig varieret mad Stranden er pæn og ren Vi havde egen pool , hvilke var rart med de høje varmegrader . Butikker lige rundt om hjørnet "

"Regina Hotel er et udemærket hotel, men man skal være forberedt på at have en bil eller anden transport hvis man vil se andet end hotellet. Der serveres morgenmad men så er der ellers langt til strand, indkøb, frokost eller aftensmad tiltrods for hotellets muligheder så er roof top og poolbarer lukket, men Mithimni & Nopegia camping bar og restaurant 1-3 km fra hotellet derimod fortræffelige alternativer. "

"Loved the room and the view we got. View to the lounge bar and the adult pool. Very nice. Loved the service from the bartender at Hermes lounge bar, he was so kind and gave excellent service! Worth visiting and chat with him!🌸 Also the location was perfect, close to the beach and the night life in Platanias ❤️"
