The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from Saltdean beach and buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road, with services running till 3am every night except Sundays. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and sleeps 2. Hotel quality bed linens, bathrobes and towels are provided. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, One with double bed and one with 2 single beds and large wardrobes. Again, hotel quality bed linens, bathrobes and towels are provided. There is also a newly fitted family bathroom with a bath, curved glass shower screen, wash basin and Wc. Sparkling wall and floor tiles add a glamorous touch to this bathroom, giving it a hotel quality feel.
