This is Hotels.com / Expedia bad quality work by far.
The Hotel I like a TEMU version of a 5 star hotel and they present it as such top of the line. If they made a quality test it wouldn’t get over 3 stars in western quality.
Cheap solutions, procrastination of service and no willingness to service their customers.
This isn’t the hotels fault - it’s the Hotels/expedia responsibility not to oversell a product.
