Er super fint hotel som vi har brugt et par gange som overnatning på vores tur til Italien. Nemt at komme til og fra motorvejen. Top professionelt personale.

First of all i want to say the pool staff was very lovely. Easy to chat to and have really good recommendations, and service was perfect. With that said the rest of the stay was decent, but there is a few things that annoyed me to the point where i wouldnt come back. Our bathroom floor, almost every tile had cracks in them you couldnt walk barefoot without cutting your feet. And they were loose. The shower drain was too slow and would flood the bathroom and the carpet in the sleeping area. La Fief restaurant was a little underwhelming for the price. However the DAN garden restaurant we tried twice and it was pretty good, still on the pricey side. Now for the most petty thing i have ever witnessed from any Hotel we have ever visited. We paid for covered parking 15€ per night, its also the only place there was charging station for electric cars. I have never been at a Hotel where charging wasnt free if you paid for parking. But this Hotel Castello Dal Pozzo charge you a flat fee of 30€ every time you plug in your car. Doesnt matter how much you charge. Our car is a Plug-in Hybrid and they charged us 60€ for like 12 kilowatts. Its the most expensive charging in the world im pretty sure. I had to argue with the lady at the desk for a good bit and i ended up getting it reduced to 10€. I think charging for this at a Hotel in this price range is petty and pathetic. Never seen anything like it. Its free everywhere else we have been. Just beware cost is hidden no signage.
