We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and our stay at the Allegretto was amazing! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is top notch. The Cello hotel restaurant had amazing breakfast and dinner. The wine tasting was excellent. The pool was really nice & comfortable. The only negative was the pool area had a wood fire oven lit the whole day and it was blowing in our faces. They weren't using it to cook anything. I guess they light the oven for maintenance. The hotel location was a 5 minute drive to the downtown "Square" where there are a lot of restaurants, shopping, wine tasting and a park. I recommend eating at The Stokehouse. Amazing food! We had the empanadas (to die for), rib eye and sausage & shrimp pasta. Would not stay anywhere else when visiting Paso Robles!
