My kids like to sleep on the sofa bed
This time the sofa smelled bad like pip really bad like pip but other than that was good enough.

"This property was newer than others. It was very clean. The rooms were large and included a kitchen. The breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs sausage and potatoes one day. Then, eggs biscuits and sausage gravy the next day. They also had muffins bagels and an oatmeal bar. This was a very comfortable stay... especially for the price."

"After having such a bad experience at another hotel and having them cancel our reservation, we were able to book a room at Candlewood, which was a step up from the previous location. This hotel was very inviting, The staff was exceptional. The amenities were great. Free washer and dryer for customers. Kitchen in the room with a range of appliances that could be borrowed. If needing a place to stay in Houston again, we will definitely stay here again. "

"The La Quinta was an excellent hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and the continental breakfast area was large with a nice selection of food items and drinks. It was also very clean.
Only negative item was the shower pressure was not strong, but this was minor.
I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again"

"The kids enjoyed the pool it wasn’t crowded and the hot tub was really enjoyable. The smaller kids liked that the 2 and three foot area was large for them and it was nice being able to catch ufc prelims on cable. There is a Popeyes and McDonald’s right beside it so no need to door dash. "

"Everything about this hotel was great!!! Very clean, I mean they were constantly cleaning. The breakfast area was spotless, and the breakfast attendant was super sweet, and the breakfast itself wasn't half bad!
Also one of the cleanest hotel staircases I've ever seen.
The pool area was clean, and never overly crowded. All staff was friendly.
We came for a softball tournament and we were constantly in and out, and never had one issue.
Would definitely recommend. "

"It’s like most hotels. It’s a bit run down the tub has scraps in it with a reddish brown hue and the ceiling has 3 red circle stains. Looks like they were fixing the front entrance so the rooms might be next. But overall a good room and what I needed. The cleaning staff was friendly the front was a bit more business. "

"My wife and I had a great stay at this Candlewood. The service provided by the staff was excellent. The only issue we had was that there are only queen or two standard size bedrooms. The general manager Tonya was very supportive and helpful. "
