"Stayed for 5 nights. Frontdesk service poor, she spend an hour checking us in. We had booked 2 rooms, and she did not know what she was doing. We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety reasons, we get that, but as hotel with a lot of guests, you might let them know you are there to help, or/and answer their questions. There was no service provided of any kind during the typhoon. We where left to ourselves."

"Dejligt stort, lyst og rent værelse. Der er selvfølgelig mange mennesker på dette hotel, men også meget personale, der er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. "

"Stort flot og rent værelse med en flot udsigt. Nemt med baggage opbevaring ved ankomst og afgang. I gå afstand til metro. Der var utrolig lang kø til tjek-in og meget larm i restauranten. "

"Meget dyrt for hvad man får.. dårlig concierge service. Dyrt og lidt udvalgt af mad muligheder. "
