We were quite disappointed that the pool was empty, no water. No one had told us that beforehand. The kids had looked forward to that."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Rambler Garden. The staff was courteous and gave us a free upgrade. The room was neat and clean. The swimming pool is one of the largest in Hong Kong and was great, even with the $40 HKD extra charge.
On the other hand, dining options was rather limited, with only a Chinese fast food restaurant in the mall beneath the hotel (Cafe de Coral)."

Excellent service, clean and pretty room, and the room was very spacious, which was one of the initial reasons for choosing this hotel in particular. The only minor issue was the sink in our bathroom seemed fill up with water when washing hands etc and take a very long time to empty itself again. But that’s really it. Would definitely recommend! "

Great location and beautiful harbour view.
The bed is very comfortable too and the hotel is connected to Convention Centre as well.

"Stayed for 5 nights. Frontdesk service poor, she spend an hour checking us in. We had booked 2 rooms, and she did not know what she was doing. We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety reasons, we get that, but as hotel with a lot of guests, you might let them know you are there to help, or/and answer their questions. There was no service provided of any kind during the typhoon. We where left to ourselves."
