With amazing views andamp; an easy Walk to Silver Lake Village makes it perfect for Family andamp; friends to enjoy. Easy 'ski-away' access from the property takes you to Success ski run, andamp; returning back home entails a short walk across the street then ski back to your location. After a day exploring the mountains, come back andamp; relax in the common hot tub during the Winter or enjoy the private community pool andamp; tennis court area during summer months.


Within this 1576 square-foot residence your family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 6 in beds.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: all bedrooms are located on the lower level.

Bedroom 1: The main bedroom features a king size bed andamp; en-suite bathroom which has a tub andamp; shower combination.

Bedroom 2: The guest bedroom features a queen bed.

Bedroom 3: The guest bedroom features a bunkbed: (Twin on top/Queen on bottom)

Both Bedrooms 1 andamp; 2 share a full bathroom tub andamp; shower combination. An additional Queen-sized sofa sleeper is located in the loft area that adding a bonus sleeping option for your group.

Kitchen andamp; Dining: Stepping up stairs from the entrance of the home, you'll enter the main great room with a living area, kitchen, andamp; dining area. The fully equipped kitchen provides you with stainless steel appliances andamp; all the cookware necessary for meals. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 5 kitchen bar stools.

Living Area: Continue into the great room to unwind into vacation mode andamp; gather around for a relaxing evening in front of the Gas Fireplace andamp; watch your favorite past time movie. Venture outside to the front deck with table seating for 2 andamp; BBQ, boasting mountain views. An additional loft is provided for those quiet moments to read a book.

Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't have central air conditioning, stay comfortable by opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air. Close them and the blinds before sunrise to keep the house cool throughout the day.

Laundry: This property features a full-size washer andamp; dryer which comes with a complimentary start-up supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Parking: The residence has an outside andamp; covered parking area, first come.

Community amenities: There is a Common hot tub for all seasons andamp; in the summertime, enjoy the Common area pool andamp; tennis courts.

Ski access: Ridgepoint has direct ski-out access called "Silver Lake access Trail" that leads directly to Success ski trail taking you down to Snow Park Lodge area of Deer Valley. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski access Trail' then Walk about 300 yards on Royal Street back to the Ridgepoint complex (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).

Ridgepoint Deer Valley consists of 38 townhome style condos, most with 3 bedrooms and an extra loft area. Ridgepoint has direct ski-out access on a ski trail to get down to Snow Park Lodge area of Deer Valley. To come back to Ridgepoint you ski down to Double Eagle condos and it is a short walk to the ski trail that leads to Ridgepoint. Even though it isn't a true ski-in/out property, it is very convenient and easy to navigate, you don't have to get on a bus or get in a car.
