The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this apartment ideally located in the Marais ! Typically Parisian with exposed beams and stone walls, it can accommodate up to five people.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: a convertible sofa bed for two people, a convertible armchair for one person, storage spaces, a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with comfortable new bedding, as well as storage.
• A kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: includes a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A separate toilet: with sink.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron, ironing board and drying rack.

You are staying in the very lively Haut Marais, an emblematic district of the 3rd arrondissement mixing culture, design, trendy boutiques and typical Parisian cafés, perfect for discovering Paris on foot. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at Holybelly or La Favorite Turbigo, savor crepes and pancakes at Breizh Café Le Marais, or enjoy a friendly lunch at Assanabel République, all very popular with visitors and Parisians. For a local touch, don’t miss the Lam bakery-coffee shop or the vegan grocery store Un Monde Vegan for gourmet and original products. Getting Around:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B train to Gare du Nord. From there, switch to Metro Line 4 and get off at Réaumur-Sébastopol. A short walk, and you'll find yourself at our doorstep.
From Orly Airport (ORY):
Hop on the Orlyval light rail to Antony. From Antony, catch the RER B train to Châtelet. Once at Châtelet, switch to Metro Line 4 and alight at Réaumur-Sébastopol. A quick stroll, and you've arrived!
From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal):
Take Metro Line 4 directly to Réaumur-Sébastopol. Our property is just a stone's throw away.
From Gare de Lyon:
Start with Metro Line 1, heading towards La Défense, and get off at Châtelet. Switch to Metro Line 4 and disembark at Réaumur-Sébastopol. A brief walk, and voilà!

We want you to have the best stay possible, so we kindly ask that you review and respect the following rules to ensure a seamless experience for both guests and hosts.
Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-ins: after 3pm.
Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate. Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
